working principle:
The material falls from the upper hopper into the space between the star shaped blades, and then rotates with the blades to the lower part of the rotary valve. Compressed air is blown in from the lower part of the end cover, carrying the falling material to form a gas-solid two-phase flow and entering the pneumatic conveying pipeline.
Application scope:
Used as a controllable feeding device in pneumatic conveying systems
Especially suitable for pneumatic conveying of powdery materials with high adhesion and poor flowability
