“A、C”机型4排固定刀及水冷却循环系统设计，产量高，粉碎能力强，特别适合粉碎胶头、大型胶件、管材、板材、机壳、注塑胶头、鞋楦类塑胶。

“A、C”机型更适合粉碎PVC. TPR. TPE. PP. PE等软质低熔点塑胶。可24小时连续作业。

“B、D”机型2排固定刀设计，清料简单方便，粉碎能力强。

可依客户要求加多附件及修改结构。

SC Powerful Crusher

SC-221A Powerful Crasher with Crushing Chamber Measuring 550 x 300mm

Features:

The body of the machine is welded by steel plate, which is firm and shock preventive. It can be compared with cast body and has a service life of ten years.

“A. C” model equipped with four rolls stationary knife and re-circulating cooling water system, and its production more than the normal 50-80%. Especially suited for granulating the plastic material, such as Pasteur, large plastic item, tubes and pipes, plates, chassis, etc..

“A.C” model suitable for flexible and low-melting plastics, such as PVC. TPR. TPE. EVA. PP. PE, etc.. It can continue working for 24 hours and maintain non-caking.

“B.D” models the rubber, sponge and foam can be shattered into 2 mm, in order to recycle conveniently.

Adding and changing structure according to customer’s demands.

Max milling amount depends on diameter of mesh hole, configuration, material and feeding speed of milling parts.

Volume of Noise depends on smash materials, motor spec and tool structure.
