SJSZ系列锥形双螺杆挤出机是一种适合于将各类PVC粉料挤制成型的设备,配以相应的螺杆、挤出模头料、辅机,可将PVC粉料直接挤制成异形材、板材,管材、中空片材、膜等,也可完成对各种塑料的改性及粉料造粒过程。采用特殊设计的机筒螺杆结构,主驱动电机可选择直流或交流电动机;喂料采用强制喂料,高性能的减速扭矩分配系统。机筒加热采用温控仪器自动控制温度,保证了对物料工艺温度的精确控制;机筒冷却系统采用风机强制冷却:电器设有多项报警功能,分段故障报警,便于检修;配备有真空排气装置和电流过载螺杆安全保护装置。

Matching with accordingly screws,extrusion die,downstream,it can extrucle PVC powder into profile,plate,hollowform,sheet,film etc.Moreover,lt can modify the property of all kinds of plastic and makeplastic granules with powder.

Structure of screws and barrel adopt special designed.Main driving motor couldchoose DC or AC motor as per requirement. Feeder adopts compulsively feedingmaterial. High performance of speed reducer and distribution and system.Heatingbarrel uses automatic temperature cooller which ensure the accurate conrtolof technological temperature. Machine Barrel cools by fan compulsively. Electricappliances set with multi- alarm function and give alarm separay. Thus, it providesconvenience for inspection and maintenance. The extrusion machine equipped withexhaust vacuum equipment and protect screws guard.
